Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement :-
We provide service of UT gauging of hull structure, which is required
periodically for hull surveys. We have developed a very strong technological
procedure and have acquired State of the Art equipment for conduct of this
work. We have started giving final TM report on board vessel itself. We are
also taking pictures by lieu of Digital camera to ascertain and help owners in
advising condition of plates and coatings. (This depends upon the special
requirement / urgency of Client)
We use sophisticated instruments Cygnus & DM4 gauge from U.K which does not
require chipping or grinding of the paint / special coating for carrying out
the thickness measurement. The instrument only measures steel thickness. by
not disturbing the protective coating.

squad for International clients. Specifications and steel renewal calculations

inspectors as well as steel superintendents for Dry-docking.
