company in order to help the ship owners buy the used vessels with the strong
finance support in times of the international economic crisis. The followings
are our work scope for the used ship finance:
Outline of 80% mortgages on the used vessels.
Investment
End user (Buyer Company): 20%
Chinese Finance Company: 80%
*End user may be required to invest more as per the company's scale and
finance status.
A range of application to 80% mortgages service,
AA) All types of commercial vessel but must be below 5 years old as of 2012.
BB) The vessel built in anywhere is acceptable.
CC) The vessel's tonnage must be above 15,000 DWT
