 Flat Barge Type offshore of 250' x 80' or above

 Details & Description

The barge size could be 250' x 80' or above.

For your information:

1.    The barge will be working offshore Malaysia. The installation
willtake place approx 60 miles from Bintulu.
2.    We would envisage that the project would start March 2003 and end
May 2003. Duration approximately 90 days This would include the time to
modify the barge
3.     The barge will be used to transport the platform topside Weight
600t. Approx dimensions 40m x 15m x 15m.
4.    The topside will be transported approximately 7m above the barge
deck.
5.     Removing a section of the barge 14.0m x 9.0m. As per the sketches

6.     Strengthen the barge under the point loads from the
transportation frame.
7.     Incorporating flood valves in the new bulkheads to allow the end
of the barge to be ballasted down.
