The company was founded in 2004. We have a total floor area of about 670,000
square kilometers, possessing 2,350-meter natural deep-water coastline. We now
have five building berths, two docks, having the producing ability of all
kinds of transportation ships below 70,000t-level. The main products include
chemical ship, container ship, oil tanker, bulk ship, and multipurpose ship.
Our company now has more than 1,500 in-service personnel for such position as
ship-hull, marine engineering, electric, piping system, and welding, of which
more than 180 are engineering technician, production staff, quality staff, and
managerial staff having both rich theoretical knowledge and practical
experience, with middle-level and high-level professional title, of which two
are ship-building experts enjoying national governmental subsidy. Among the
managerial members, 90% of which have diplomas of junior college. We have a
technology contingent of core staff with rich experience, skilled technology,
well-trained and stable construction team. Meanwhile we depend on Wuchang ship-
building Factory science and technology association as powerful technique
supporter.
Our company has already passed the ISO9001£º2000 Quality System
Identification, and gained the classification authorization of ABS¡¢CCS¡¢BV
classification society.
Our company possesses advanced and completed hoisting and conveying, and
processing ship-building equipments, and inspecting & experimenting
instruments, altogether about 500sets. The main facilities include: three
30,000t-level 182m¡Á40m building berths, with six 150t gantry cranes; one
50,000t-level 280m¡Á50m docks; the modernized coating plants and fixed lifting
equipments (such as gantry crane and auto crane, etc.), ship-hull processing
equipments (such as NC cutting machine, bending trigger, plate shear, frame
cold bender, oil press, etc.), welding equipments (such as AC arc welder, CO2
welder, submerged arc welder, DC arc welder, etc.), and coating equipments
(such as pressure sand-spraying machine, rust-cleaning grinding machine,
pressure spraying machine, compressor, etc.) and so on.
